【LLNPU Interview #2】Bullet Bane (from Brazil)

Q1. List all the band members.

Q2. Let me know who is answering to this interview and please introduce yourself.

Hi, this is Victor. It's very cool to talk with you guys from Japan!


Q3. What is your hometown(hometowns) ?

We live in Sao Paulo, Brazil.


Q4. Let me know about the bands you inspired by.

There are so many bands we like that it would be boring to say them all. We listen to many kinds of music. From punk to metal, reggae to hip-hop or anything we may like.


Q5. You have released an album "Impavid Colossus" last summer. It's one of my best album in 2014. I was surprised that every songs become getting harder and more beautiful than "New World Broadcast". What makes this change?
 I believe this is a natural process. The songs are nothing more than what we were living at the moment we wrote them. The new album is heavier than the first, but at the same time it has more dynamic. It was something we wanted since before recording. The cool thing is that the result is always a surprise.


Q6. There're two instrumental tracks, [Earth And Water] and [Wind And fire]. Please tell me why these tracks are listed in this album's tracklists.

These songs are like the others. We had two instrumental songs which were actually interludes and I named them with the elements, Earth and Water & Wind and Fire. It was very welcome!


Q7. What was the most impressive story during your recordings?

I think the most impressive is that Danilo and Fernando (guitars) produced the whole album besides recording guitars. We have a studio in Sao Paulo where we make the jobs related to the band. They were the audio technicians from sound capture to mixing. They worked very hard and studied a lot before we start.


Q8. We don't know bands in Sao Paulo so much, please let us know some cool friends in your local scene.

 Well not only in SP, there are good bands all over Brazil. I am listening a lot to: Pense, Menores Atos, Far From Alaska, Rawfire, Running Like Lions, Bayside Kings, Zander.


Q9. Do you have any plans to do next as a band? Please let me know if you can.

For 2015 we wanna release new music videos for Impavid Colossus song's. We will also produce the new season of our documentary series "Into The Brasa" which shows a little bit of how is our life working with music. You can watch the first season in our youtube channel (youtube.com/bulletbaneTV). We also have other plans, but we are maturing ideas.


Q10. In the end, is there anything for Japanese punks?
